This logo was developed from a vivid and imaginative brief: Phyllis, a sexy voodoo bullfrog with a subtle, confident smile, seated inside a coffee mug that doubles as a portal to another dimension.
Her personality comes through in the details—oversized red cat-eye glasses, a necklace of gold, silver, and blood-red beads, a pocket watch in one hand, and a voodoo doll in the other. Her arms rest over the rim of the mug, while the blue portal inside suggests mystery, movement, and a world beyond the ordinary.
The intention was to create more than a logo. I wanted to build a character with presence: strange, stylish, theatrical, and unforgettable. The result is a concept that blends branding with storytelling, giving the business a visual identity that feels both iconic and full of narrative potential.
