This brochure was designed for The Pope Building, a historic Chicago property transformed into modern residential lofts. The project brings together architectural heritage and contemporary urban living through a structured and visually engaging layout.

The design balances clarity and atmosphere, combining typography, photography, and editorial composition to guide the reader through the building, its features, and its surrounding neighborhood. Each spread was carefully crafted to create rhythm and flow, moving seamlessly between information and visual storytelling.

A custom illustrated map was developed as part of the brochure to highlight local amenities and reinforce the sense of place. Together, these elements create a cohesive narrative that presents not only a property, but a complete living experience in the heart of Chicago’s Printer’s Row.
