What is "Alchemy of Dreams"?
"Alchemy of Dreams" is an independent film offering a new interpretation of the Faust legend. It blends fantasy and philosophical drama, delving into the hidden aspects of the well-known myth. This visual narrative called for a poetic and evocative design that could intrigue audiences and hint at the movie's deeper layers.
Challenge
The filmmakers needed a poster that would communicate the film's mysterious and mythical tone without giving too much away. It had to balance emotion and symbolism, appealing to an audience drawn to art films, independent cinema, and reinterpretations of classic tales.
Solution
The design features stylized silhouettes and expressive illustrations in a limited, earthy color palette. I created a collage-like composition, integrating key visual metaphors: the face partially obscured in shadow, the intimate exchange between two characters, and the shadow of the seated figure. The typography reflects the dreamlike nature of the story—fluid, textured, and organic. The overall design evokes intrigue and introspection, aligning with the film’s narrative and mood.

Manuscript
Industry: Film & Entertainment
What is it?
"The Tale of the Castle" is a poetic short story set in a mythic medieval world, designed as an illustrated book page. The tale speaks of memory, love, exile, and hope, told in an allegorical voice that evokes fairy tales and ancient myths.
Challenge
The goal was to convey the emotional depth of the story while staying true to a medieval visual language. The design needed to feel both regal and intimate—like a page from an illuminated manuscript—with elements of nostalgia and magic. Typography, color palette, and illustration had to work harmoniously to reflect the period style and enhance the storytelling.
Solution
I crafted a richly textured background with a parchment tone, integrated castle imagery, and positioned a symbolic sword at the center as a visual divider. The typeface was carefully selected to mimic Gothic calligraphy, enhancing the authenticity of the narrative tone. A golden motif and embroidered-like inset echo the royal themes, while the tale itself flows across the double spread like a scroll. The story of the prince and his silk handkerchief becomes not just a narrative but an immersive visual experience.

Numeric Identity
Industry: Film & Entertainment
What is it?
"Numeric Identity" is a conceptual piece envisioning a dystopian digital identity card of the future. Designed as part of a narrative-driven visual art project, the piece explores the implications of data surveillance, AI profiling, and the dehumanization of identity through technology. Each detail—from biometric imagery to social credit scores—is a symbolic critique of algorithmic governance and social ranking systems.
Challenge
To build a compelling and believable interface design that satirizes future trends in surveillance capitalism and societal digitization, without veering into cliché. The visual had to integrate complex data types—vaccination status, carbon footprint, metaverse presence—within a streamlined and readable layout.
Solution
Using a cool blue tech background layered with blockchain motifs and facial recognition overlays, I crafted a layout that echoes government or corporate-issued interfaces. Contrasts between clean typography and cryptic symbols (such as the all-seeing eye) highlight the tension between transparency and control. The project was also designed to provoke questions about privacy, social compliance, and the human cost of digital standardization.
